Disproving the Paranormal

MY SKEPTICISM

Anyone who tells you that this physical evidence is proof is a fool. No offense, just not pulling any punches here, because it's pure ignorance.

The physical sensations are easily recreated and debunk... here's how.

1. Go into any dark room, it doesn't even have to be a room you have never been in before, like on the show which makes this even easier to debunk.

2. In the dark you lose sense of depth, so what happens is you hear something and grab hold of it with your attention, this slightly disassociates you from your body.

3. Another sound from somewhere else, now you are trying to focus on that, but since you were already slightly removed from yourself the sound hits you closer than it would have and creates a slight physical sensation because you feel it as yourself, the aspect that has disassociated.

4. The more sounds at this point and the physical sensations compound and make you feel cold, or get goosebumps, but all that has happened is you are freaking yourself out and if you believe the identity is something outside yourself, it's actually you just misinterpreting your own focus.
That is all it is, I've experimented with this for years.

The good news is, but sitting with that energy, because if you fear it, it's just an externalization of your own subconscious fear and not a ghost, but inviting it back into yourself, you do become a more whole person and open up doors to some amazing things, like for instance, out of body experience, it can be a way to deepen meditation and find personal power and wholeness.

So when I see a person who thinks physical sensations are ghosts, I realize I'm looking at someone who has become self indulgent, and is too afraid to face the truth, that they are afraid of themselves, and have externalized that fear onto the outside world and identified it as ghosts, to confirm their own ego, it's like what cats do.

A cat will become scared but they will never think it's your energy, they'll think it's something somewhere else and look for it. We become attached to our own ego and our perception, and if our perception is based in ignorance, we will look for truth outside of ourselves, rather than where it truly lives: Within.

Thank you.

MY EVIDENCE

A lot of peculiar things have happened here...

The most unusual thing just happened... a most bizarre series of events, that seem unrelated...
1. Luna (the cat) freaks out over nothing as if she heard something.
2. Both dogs start running around the house.
3. I go into the kitchen and am singing something... when I suddenly hear a very audible, male voice respond to me a few feet away... and no one else is in the house.
4. Realizing I am alone, I become very quiet, the girls still running, Luna still with a disconcerted look on her face and looking around as if she knows someone else is in the house...

1. A drawer in the kitchen opens by itself, only the one drawer. I come into the kitchen all the time with it sitting open. Too high for the cats, no food in it anyway.

2. I've heard plates crash, but nothing has fallen.

3. I heard walking in the attic when no one was home.

4. When watching the movie White Noise in the house, where the main character receives phone calls where no one is there, just white noise and clicks, I asked out loud to my girlfriend at the time, wouldn't that be funny if the phone rang right now and it was just white noise and clicks? Two minutes later, my phone rang, and it was just white noise and clicks.

5. I've often felt a presence in the hall, or behind my back or in the attic where it's strongest.

6. Look at my photo album called my ghost encounter, where on a clear night I captured something manifesting before my very eyes.

7. Lights turn off and on by themselves, sometimes in a series of threes.

8. The dog scratches at a place in the middle of the landing on the stairs for no reason.

9. Luna stares at the ceiling in the basement at NOTHING.

10. Jupiter sits in the basement staring at one spot in the floor for hours on end.

My first apartment story... all true.
