If your stream of consciousness is full of rapids
then you must be one hell of a swimmer.
If your brain is a computer, 
then you must be a computer programmer.
When you recognize the tape that's been playing within you, 
you either let circumstance record what plays back to you, 
or you record something honest, something now, and something real.
Ask yourself, what do I want to record through the moments in my life, that which will play over and over in my mind, for eternity?
